Currently, the University of Derby use Quba Mail for all their communications with new and existing students. Communications range from newsletter to promoting struggling courses, student events and student life at Derby.

Derby send on average over 30,000 e-mails a month, all of which are well received judging by their above industry average open rates and click through rates.

At present, there are eight departments using Quba Mail within the University, including the admissions department and marketing department, and Derby has seen an increase in successful applicants since adopting Quba Mail.

There has also been a substantial increase in attendance for student events promoted through Quba Mail.
