The new home market is one of the most competitive around. And with all traditional media options saturated, Gleeson Homes needed something slightly less traditional to keep house-hunters up to date.

With new developments and plots released all the time, Gleeson, one of the UK's biggest house builders, needed a way to keep those in the market in the know. We said no problem.

Using their existing website infrastructure, we created email and SMS channels to take their customer communications to the next level. The email system integrated seamlessly with their internal property management system to make sure plot and development were sent out straight away. The SMS feature gave potential buyers even more flexibility to receive information wherever they were. Very handy if you're out all day trying to find the perfect place to live.

Of course, SMS verification and a bunch of useful administrator features were all part of the service. As was our clear communication throughout and our permanent 'no problem' attitude.
